How can I receive my insurance documents?
We are working on finding alternate means of delivering your documents to you according to legal deadlines and to our own standard of client service quality.
Can I access my insurance documents online?
Yes, your insurance file is available online. You can read your file or make your renewal. If necessary, you may also change your personal information or your payment terms or submit a claim.
Business (Québec only)
Unfortunately, online services are not available. If no alternate means of delivery are available, we will send your paper documents after the dispute has been settled.
How can I pay my insurance premium?
- By authorized debit
- By credit card
- By Internet if your financial institution offers online bill payment (AccèsD for Desjardins members)
- By making a payment directly to a Desjardins caisse (in Québec only). You need to mention the organization number SIPC145 and your insurance policy number.
Please note that payments at our offices are not accepted.
How can I receive payment for my claim?
Custom solutions will be considered for each claim file. Rest assured that we will make every effort to avoid delays in the settlement of your claim.
