It’s never been easier to manage your insurance.

Log on to Online Services and you can change your address, update your payment method, get a quote, add a new vehicle, file a claim and more! You don’t even need to call anyone.

Change your address

If you're moving, you can log on to your Online Services account to change your address.

If you're a tenant (whether or not you have auto insurance)—you can change your address online without having to call anyone! Just answer a few questions about your new home. Log on and click Profile to begin.

If you only have auto insurance with us—you can change your address online. Just answer a few questions about how you use your vehicle. Log on and click Profile to begin.

If you're a homeowner or condo owner or about to become one (whether or not you have auto insurance)—call us to change your address. Make sure you have your property details handy.

Changing your address might affect your home or auto insurance premium.

Store a vehicle

Let us know you’re storing your auto or your caravan for the season online! Or log on to your Online Services account to change the dates for a scheduled or existing storage period. Please note that you don’t need to notify us if you store your vehicle for less than 60 days.

If you’re storing a vehicle because it’s for sale, needs to be repaired or for another reason not related to seasonal storage, you’ll need to speak to an insurance agent.

Replace or add a vehicle

You can replace or add a vehicle on your policy online! No need to call anyone. It'll just take a few minutes to get your temporary confirmation of insurance, and you're all set!

Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:

  • Vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Price of the new vehicle
  • Name of the creditor or leasing company

You can also add a vehicle and a driver on your policy online. You'll just need to answer a few questions about the new driver and how they'll be using the vehicle(s).

Add a driver

You can add a new driver without speaking to an insurance agent. You'll need to answer a few questions about the new driver and how they'll be using the insured vehicle(s).

We'll tell you if it affects your premium. Then you just have to confirm the changes.

You can also add a vehicle and a driver on your policy online. Make sure you have the following information:

  • Vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Price of the new vehicle
  • Name of the creditor or leasing company
  • Information about the new driver

At the end of the transaction, we'll confirm your new premium.

Estimate the insurance premium for a new vehicle

If you’re thinking about replacing your vehicle, you can use the Shopping tool to quickly estimate the insurance premium for one or more vehicles. You can compare it to what you currently pay.

File an insurance claim

Auto insurance

You can file a claim online in just about 10 minutes.

  • You'll be able to check your coverage, your liability and the deductible you need to pay.
  • You'll then be able to make an appointment with one of our network's body shops to get a damage estimate.
  • Depending on certain eligibility criteria, you may be able to choose the photo-based estimate option and send photos of the damage yourself instead of going to the repair shop to get a damage estimate.

Home insurance

You can file a claim online at any time. It's quick and easy! A claims advisor will call you within 1 business day.

Update your payment methods

You can manage your payments entirely online.

  • Change your payment method to one of these 3 accepted options:
    • Pre-authorized monthly withdrawals from your bank account
    • A single annual payment by credit card
    • A single annual payment by cheque or through a financial institution
  • Update your credit card details. Make sure to update your information at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment.
  • Check your remaining premium balance.

View your insurance documents

You can log on to your Online Services account to view, download and print the documents you need, including:

  • Your certificate of auto insurance
  • A copy of your auto or home insurance policy
  • A printable accident report to keep in your car

Sign up for the Paper-free option

You can log on to your Online Services account to sign up for the Paper-free option and get your insurance documents electronically.
